RETURNS & CREDIT NOTE
- As per the company policy, return and credit note is only applicable on manufacturing defects. In such a case, the customer is required to inform us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll replace the product as soon as possible.
Customers will be given a credit note after checking eligibility. No Bank Account Refund
- If the customer has size issues then the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at email@example.com within 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
- Once acknowledged by our team, we’ll initiate the reverse pickup from our side. In case of an exchange, the reverse pickup charges are to be borne by the customer that is RS 120.
- Product exchange can be done in case the required size is not available or a credit note will be given.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all it’s labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Once we’ll receive the exchange order, then we’ll ship the fresh item within the next 24 hours.
- Size exchange is available (in case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & from) or a credit note will be provided of the same amount.
- Product color may differ due to the screen resolution of mobile or monitor/screen and photography lighting & effect. No refunds/exchanges/credit notes are given on such accounts.
- In case of the wrong product is delivered, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with attached pictures of the product(s).
- All the sale products are eligible for exchange in case of size availability but no Return/Refund would be accepted.
- You can ask for a credit note in case the product you desire is not available, check your eligibility for a credit note by mailing us a mail at email@example.com .
